1) We have the right to reparations, restitution and repair aid to combat the nearly 500
years of systemic racism, oppression, persecution, tyranny, genocide and second class citizenship suffered by Africans in America even until this very day.
2) We have a right to organize, craft and control our own Repair & Justice Agenda for
Basic Human Rights.
3) We have the right to govern ourselves and control every aspect of our way of being
including but not limited to:
-Our Politics
-Our Treasury
-Our Education
-Our Health Care
-Our Security
-Our History
-Our Agriculture
-Our Transportation
-Our Commerce
-Our Repair & Justice Agenda for Basic Human Rights
4) We have the right to not ask permission.
5) We have the right to be self-determined, self-reliant and self-accountable for the future
of our current generations.
6) We have the right to organize and control our own votes for the advancement of our
Repair & Justice Agenda for Basic Human Rights.
7) We have a right to organize and control our own political party to represent our interest
in America’s two party dominated system.
8) We have a right to endorse, support and fund our own candidates within or outside of
the traditional American two party system.
9) We have the right to boycott any political party and/or reject any candidates federally,
state wide or locally that do not fully and authentically align with our Repair & Justice Agenda for Basic Human Rights.
10) We have a right to negotiate and consider alignment with any candidates federally,
state wide or locally who aid in the advancement of our Repair & Justice Agenda for Basic Human Rights.
11) We have a right to control and REDIRECT our vote from ANY party or candidates who
do not fully and authentically align with our Repair & Justice Agenda for Basic Human
Rights.
12) We have a right to WITHHOLD our vote as a CONSEQUENCE to ANY party or
candidates that do not fully and authentically align with our Repair & Justice Agenda for
Basic Human Rights.
