The Black Rights Party (BRP) is a bi partisan, pro-solution, consequence based political movement of Black American citizens and their allies who believe in defending the Basic Human Rights of Africans in America and all people regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, nationality, religion, or any other status.

To strategically leverage our collective political equity thereby strengthening our position in the political arena to force consequences and successful outcomes by way of comprehensive policy reform, economic stimulation and social change for Africans in America and other underserved and underrepresented American citizens.

Our strategic, collective investment and controlled vote will create a level playing field backed by true leverage and power that will allow the candidate that supports our Agenda to advance their own Agenda through a fair exchange of power. 

Our priority is the Repair & Justice Agenda for Basic Human Rights for Africans in America and underserved peoples before loyalty to any candidate, political party, or affiliation.

I claim my rights to Justice, Repair, and Basic Human Dignity. I acknowledge I have read and agree to the “Twelve Bill of Rights” of the Black Rights Party and will not be swayed to think, be or act in any way that contradicts the rights I have read above.

I am not less than, I am not subordinate, I am not a slave or a second-class citizen nor am I ignorant to my God given inalienable rights to Justice, Repair, and Basic Human Rights.

No government, party affiliation, candidate, lobbyist, or political loyalty comes before the declaration decree I read above “The Twelve Bill of Rights”.

I am a child of the Most High and Global Citizen that deserves, demands, and decrees my commitment to the advancement of the Black Rights Party’s Repair & Justice Agenda for Basic Human Rights by ANY means necessary.

We are politically mature enough to ascertain that DEMANDS with no leverage, power or CONSEQUENCE are only “asks” or idle threats at best. We are prepared to strategically and collectively redirect our vote to a third party candidate or suspend our vote investment completely as a very serious consequence to our Repair & Justice Agenda for Basic Human Rights not being successfully negotiated, accepted, documented and collateralized before Election Day November 4th, 2020 by either Presidential Candidate hoping to lead the free world secured by our voting power, participation and investment.

We will galvanize the brightest minds of our community to craft a comprehensive Repair & Justice Agenda for Basic Human Rights based on three key areas of focus - Criminal Justice Reform, Economic Stimulation & Social Elevation. This agenda will be presented to the public and key candidates, party officials and policy makers by August 17th, 2020.

Through our strategic, collective, controlled vote we will DEMAND that this fair, reasonable and overdue Repair & Justice Agenda for Basic Human Rights be negotiated, accepted, documented and collateralized by EITHER the Republican or Democratic party candidates.

Our demand is backed by power, that power being our strategic, collective, controlled vote which will ONLY be directed towards candidates, campaigns and political organizations that invest in and support our Repair & Justice Agenda for Basic Human Rights.
